Click "Inventory" and "Digital Throttle Post Bid"
1. Search for the PU#####_ST######
2. If not found, two actions:
A. Go to AppNexus and add this custom category to the Placement Groupo (site): "OpenX PENDING (69435)"
B. In OpenX Click Create Site
3. Fll Out the Form
4. Look up the PU#####_ST###### (using step 1). Click on the name
5. Click "Create Ad Unit"
6. Fill Out the Details for the Placement
1. Use the Excel to copy/paste the "OPX Name to Use" value
2. Always "Web"
3. Always "Display"
4. Select the size of the placement
5. Always "Above the Fold - Right"
6. Leave alone
7. Leave as is
8. Leave as is
9. Leave as is
10. Set to 0.00
7. Click Create & Get Ad
8. Back at the summary, click on the placement you just created.
9. Copy the "Legacy ID" number to the Excel
10. To get back to the PU ST just click as shown with (1)
11. Click "Create Ad Unit" if you have more placements to setup and follow steps 5 through 10.
