Privacy Policy Requirement for Site Publishers

Digital Throttle uses cookies, web beacons and similar tracking codes during the process or delivering advertising. Digital Throttle requires every website in our network to present a clear privacy policy link on their website(s). At a minimum, your privacy policy must disclose:

1. The notice you use cookies and log files for the purposes of targeting online advertising. Be sure to state no personally identifiable information is collected.

2. That third party ad servers, advertising networks and data collection entities may also use cookie information and technology

3. Provide a clear link to the National Advertising Initiative (NAI) cookie identification and opt-out website at: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices
